VIEWING FORMS

The file format of the forms on our website is PDF (Portable Document Format). Adobe Acrobat is the program which allows you to view/print/save these files. The free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader may be obtained from Adobe at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html . Click on the link to the PDF file on the webpage and view the file. The PDF file should pop up in its own browser window. When you are finished viewing or printing it, you can close its window and continue to browse the Convention website.

PRINTING FORMS

After you install the Acrobat Reader program, a web browser plugin will allow you to view and print the PDF files. You should also be able to save the file (see Downloading).

Click on the link to the PDF file on the webpage. View the file in the browser via the plugin program. Go to File / Print and print the file OR go to Save As... to save the file and print later.

If your computer will not print the file, you may need to download the file to your hard drive and then open it in Acrobat Reader to print.

DOWNLOADING FORMS

You can download the file to your own computer to keep for printing and viewing at any time.

You can download the file by right-clicking on the link to the PDF file and choosing Save Target As.... or Save As... Remember what directory you place the file in so afterwards you can find the file and open it in Acrobat Reader.

Another way to save the file without viewing it, is to place the cursor over the link to the pdf file, hold down the shift key and click the mouse. This should bring up the "Save As" window.

Or, you can click on the link to the PDF file, view the file, go to File / Save As... and save the file that way.
