You are invited to be a part of this convention by reserving vendor space. The vendors location at this convention is especially great because you will be located in the MAIN TALK HUGE ROOM where everyone will be spending much time. You will also be able to enjoy the main talks while tending your booth and contacting all those people!

If you are a non-profit group, you will receive a 20% discount on your booth fee. All booths will be located in the Student Recreation and Fitness Center in the same area where all of the main speakers will be. You will be right in the center of all the action. Setup will begin at 12:00 pm Sunday June 27 and end by 8:45 am Monday. Tear down will be after 7:00 pm Tuesday or anytime Wednesday. Reserve your booth as soon as possible as space is limited.

ADVERTISING: Whether your organization reserves a booth for this convention or not, your advertisement would be greatly appreciated for our program book. You might also consider sending us your literature for our welcome packets. See enclosed forms for additional information.

DEADLINE: Vendor forms were to be returned by June 1, 2004. Remember that booth fees and donations are 100% tax deductible as CCL is a nonprofit organization. Read over the Policies and Procedures as CCL reserves the right to refuse or edit any ad, remove any material or close any exhibit, which is contrary to the guiding principles of CCL.
